Set Up Charges and Turn Around Times Art Charge (only if art is requested or required) for SIMPLE ART is billed at $25.00 per hour/one hour minimum. If art is required you will be notified before your order is started. Art Charge for CREATIVE ILLUSTRATION & DETAILED SPOT COLOR SEPARATIONS is billed at $35.00 per hour. A quote will be provided for your approval and signature before your order is started. Setup Charge: A setup charge is associated with the labor & material cost required to generate film positives & screens that are used in our machines to print your Custom Ink Tees. Our setup charge is $25.00 per color (setup charge includes film, screen & labor) Ink Colors not found on the CUSTOM INK TEES color chart can be mixed for $15.00 per color. (A Pantone Solid Coated PMS Number is required for mixing/matching desired ink colors) Color Change/s within the run: $10.00 per color Rush Orders: Rush Orders will incur an upcharge of 50% of the total order. Rush Order turn-a-round time is 3 working days from receipt of output ready art work. Art Charges, Setup Charges, Color Matching Charges, Color Changes and Rush Charges are additional service charges that are not included in the price. *INITIAL ORDER: NEW CUSTOMERS – Orders under $100.00 must be paid for in full. Orders over $100.00 require a 50% up-front deposit INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS Customers with shipping addresses outside of the United States are responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order.
